While we typically do not accept pre-orders for our regular menu donuts, we understand that some of our customers travel from a distance or want to be sure their favorites aren’t sold out. If you have a special request or are coming from far away, please reach out and inquire — we’re always happy to help if we can! For custom donut orders, we are currently keeping things simple to best support our baking team. At this time, we are unable to create detailed or character-themed designs. We are happy to offer: Colored frostings to match your theme, Coordinating sprinkles, Simple & clean finishes. All pre-orders require 72 hours’ notice. We do not offer same-day orders.
